Who this is for

Creative professionals and practising artists aged 18 or older, with a connection to Uttarakhand through birth, upbringing, family roots or their current creative practice here. You may live anywhere. One person, one profile, submitted by that person.

What you agree to share

When you submit, Papiha Nest stores your professional name, practice, district connection, current city, biography, collaboration interests and work links to review and run this directory. If approved, these fields become publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines. Share only information and work that you have the right to publish.

Do not submit government IDs, exact home addresses, private phone numbers, sensitive personal information or confidential client work. We do not copy your social-media content or import your contacts. External links open other services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your account and private records

ChatGPT sign-in provides an account identifier and may provide your email and name. We store the account identifier to connect you to your profile and authorise changes. Your sign-in email is not placed on your public profile; the site uses the owner’s sign-in email to restrict moderation access. Papiha Nest can review your submission, status, consent version, timestamps and moderation notes.

If you report a profile, we store your account identifier, the profile reference, your reason and the submission time for private moderation. Reports are not published. Short-lived account-based counters help limit spam and are removed on subsequent submissions after they expire. The hosting and sign-in services may process technical and security logs under their own policies.

Review and honest representation

Submissions and edits stay private until reviewed. We ask for real work links and may request ownership confirmation through a linked account. Review does not independently certify every credit or guarantee someone’s identity, skill or conduct. “Links reviewed” means a moderator reviewed the submission, not that a formal background check took place.

Impersonation, invented credits, stolen work, spam, harassment, discriminatory abuse, unlawful material, malicious links and requests for payment to secure a listing are not allowed. Papiha Nest may request corrections, hide or restrict a profile, and review reports. No paid placement or recruitment promises are offered by this directory.

Your control and retention

You can view and correct your submission in My profile. Editing sends it back to review and hides the old public listing. You can withdraw consent and permanently delete your profile and its associated reports there at any time. We retain submitted profiles while you keep them in the directory, including while awaiting review or correction; resolved reports are deleted by the moderator. Provider backups and security logs may have their own retention periods.

Deleting removes the profile from this directory; we cannot immediately remove copies already cached by search engines or saved by other people. If you lose access to your account, contact us to request correction or removal; we may ask for proportionate proof of profile ownership.

Collaborate thoughtfully

Crossroads is a meeting place, not an employer, recruitment agency or payment intermediary. Members arrange their own collaborations. Agree the scope, fee or voluntary basis, dates, permissions and credits directly. Do not mass-message members or scrape the directory for unsolicited marketing.
